Austin is a native of Greensboro, NC, but he cut his legal teeth in the Charleston, SC area with Motley Rice LLC and The Suttles Law Firm LLC. In the Lowcountry, he became proficient in not only title review and closings of residential and commercial properties, but estate planning and landlord-tenant law as well.  Rounding out his property law practice, he also worked as counsel for multiple homeowners associations in Mount Pleasant and Charleston, guiding them through a number of community-wide endeavors and defenses of the same when challenged.

Most importantly, however, Austin is a man of faith, and he wholly attributes his ability to practice law to the grace of Jesus Christ.  When not working, he and his wife enjoy cheering on the NC State Wolfpack and the Carolina Panthers or spending time with their Catahoula pup, Nala.
